"Two Things"

1) I'm going to be taking a 2.005 test in about an hour. Wish me luck!

2) The Prudential Center

is flashing blue and yellow. . . does this mean snow tomorrow?

Signs / weather.com->02139 point to no.

Having lived in near-Boston suburbia all my life, but not actually in Boston, I am only partially ashamed to admit I have no idea what the flashing b/y means.

Steady blue: sky's are, too
Flashing blue: clouds are due
Steady red: rain ahead
Flashing red: snow instead

Unless it's the middle of the summer, in which case flashing red means the Red Socks won.

Except it's the Hancock Tower, not the Pru.

Snow?!
I've never seen snow before...

Hey Snively,
Posting from Belmont MA - I think there's only a 10% chance of snow tomorrow. I hope we don't get snowed on... I'm definitely not ready for winter.

Ha! The first snow here (in LT) was yesterday. It's getting cold an I don't even have a warm coat.

Good luck on your test!
...what is the yellow if red is snow?

Good luck, Snively!!

Actually, if the Hancock Tower's weather pole is flashing red in the summer, it means the Red Sox game has been rained out.

The photo is of the Prudential, and it doesn't have a beacon with iconic messages -- at least none that have been made public :)

I'd wish you luck, but as it is, I'm too late. I will, though, wish you luck when you get the test (marked) back.
