Admissions Bulletins

RA Deadline Extended • MIT has extended the Regular Action admissions deadline to January 3. Happy Holidays!
Winter Weather Problems • We are aware that many RA applicants in the northern United States will be impacted by the severe winter weather which has caused school closings, rescheduled ACT testing, and loss of power and internet access. MIT Admissions will be flexible to these circumstances, and we send our thoughts to those affected.
Info Sessions • Information sessions have ended for the semester. Please note that information sessions will be offered on select Saturdays in February, March and April. Additionally, sessions will run during the week of February 16. Please check the calendar for exact details.
Overnight Program • Registration for the Overnight Program is now closed. Please check back in January for details on the Overnight Program's spring semester, which is limited to admitted students.

Upcoming Deadlines

Dec. 10, 2008 • Deadline to schedule your interview if you are applying Regular Action.
Jan. 1, 2009 • Postmark and online submission deadline to apply Regular Action.
Jan. 2009 • Last month for Regular Action applicants to take required standardized tests. If you take the January test, you must list MIT as a school to receive your scores.
Feb. 15, 2009 • Receipt deadline for all Financial Aid materials.

It *snowed* all day in Des Moines, and now pansy O'Hare International in Chicago has cancelled their flights for the morning. -_-;; I'm showing up about three and a half hours later than I said I would.
