"Gone fishing... in the Dead Sea..."
Hey all!
So, tomorrow I get on a plane and fly 11 hours across the Atlantic... That's right, I begin a two-week vacation to Israel (but in typical over-committed MIT fashion it really isn't a vacation).
I am chaperoning some high school students on a two-week trip through and around the major sites in Israel. I am very excited and it should be a great experience. Hopefully I'll type you an update when I return.
If you want to see the sites we will be visiting, check out our trip website.
So, see you in a couple of weeks.

(Please note that comments are closed after 30 days to reduce spam.)I went to your trip website -- it looks like an awesome (though not necessarily average vacation-y) time! I hope that we blog readers get to see pictures when you return.

As my mother always said, have fun, be safe. :)

You'll have to write up a post about it when you get back. I would love to visit Israel, but I'm so concerned about the safety. I look forward to your insight.

Have a great time on your trip! Israel has some amazing sights to see.
By the way, if any students reading this are interested in traveling to Israel, I recommend they check out the Hibur program between MIT and the Technion: Israel Institute of Technology. Visit hibur.mit.edu , click Activities >> Leadership Delegations .
Cheers,
David
